Sunday, we decided to head south to Lucern via train. Upon arrival we jumped on the Gotthard (boat) for a three hour boat tour of Lake Lucern. It was 73 and sunny. Got a bit cooler as we approached the snow capped Alps and the sun hid behind the clouds.
After we disembarked from the boat, we headed into old town of Lucern for some sights and dinner. We walked over Chapel Bridge. Saw some pretty painted building faces. Wandered down cobble stone streets. We enjoyed a nice Italian meal at Pizza and Pasta before heading back to the trains. On our way back to the trains, we took a few photos and saw a bike that was, well…. you have to see the photo.

Makes me think of Gilligan’s Island…a three hour tour =) (I know I’m really dating myself)
I love Gilligan’s Island. Our trip was a little more successful then Gilligan’s.
WONDERFUL MEMORY MAKING!
