Mother’s Day at St. Michael & Widder with The Christies

Kim awoke to breakfast in bed. Next, our family walked down to St. Michael for a German service. Zach was dressed up and carrying his trombone, ready to play a joyful noise!

We listened along and followed the songs in the hymnal during worship. We witnessed a German baptism, too. Then, we walked out of the service and were delighted with a Mother’s Day performance by the Kadettenmusik Zug and greetings from our friends, the Christies. After the concert we all met down at the Widder Gasthaus for lunch, then a stroll along the lake.

Happy Mother’s day Kim and Donna! It was great to share the day together.
